I Report Non-Delivered AliExpress Order and Request Full Refund or Delivery
I purchased an automatic bird trap cage on AliExpress with order number 1115094747863514. I placed the order 45 days ago, but the product has never been delivered to me. I paid a total of $51.38, including both the product price and shipping costs.
Since the item was not delivered, I contacted PTT and was informed that the package was stuck in customs. I also reached out to AliExpress customer service, but because I only had a piece of paper showing that it was held at customs, my evidence was considered insufficient. As a result, my refund request was denied, and the dispute process was closed.
At this point, I have neither received my product nor been issued a refund. Therefore, I am requesting either the delivery of my order or a full refund of the amount I paid.
