AliExpress Marked My Order as Delivered, But I Never Received It

When I checked my AliExpress app, it claimed that my package was successfully delivered. However, when I contacted the courier, they told me that the package never even arrived at the post office.
Naturally, I tried to dispute this, but AliExpress only responds in English, and even when I tried using different languages, including Italian, I still couldn’t get a solution. No matter what I do, I get no proper response.
I feel completely helpless and scammed. I spent ₺10,000 on this order, and now I have nothing to show for it. AliExpress, where is my package? Fix this immediately and either deliver my order or refund my money!
