I Face Missing Payouts on Megapari Despite 'Completed' Status—No Funds Received

I submitted a withdrawal request on Megapari, and the platform showed the transaction as “completed” and “paid.” However, the money never arrived in my bank account. After a while, the withdrawal status changed to “cancelled.” I submitted a second withdrawal using the same IBAN I’ve always used successfully. This time, it again said “completed,” but now it’s been 14 hours, and the money still hasn’t arrived. In total, over 24 hours have passed.

When I reached out to customer support, they blamed a supposed IBAN error, even though I’ve used the same IBAN for multiple successful withdrawals before. I even tried using a different IBAN just in case, but still nothing. This is unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed, especially because I’ve been a loyal user and never played on any other platform. Being treated this way—ignored and left without access to my own funds—is unacceptable. Megapari, I urge you to fix this issue and process my payment immediately. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate the matter to legal and consumer protection authorities.
