It began as a harmless gaming session with my Xbox game console, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. My joystick broke, and there was no way for me to contact their customer service. Because the warranty period had not yet expired, I wanted to inquire about a replacement. I attempted to contact Xbox customer service via email but was unsuccessful. Then I attempted to submit a service request, but no shipment arrived. I was alone and unable to communicate with anyone. I eventually decided to call customer service, but instead of a friendly representative, I got a robotic answering machine. I was completely frustrated at this point and had no idea what to do. Please contact me, Microsoft, and Xbox, to resolve this issue. The last thing I want is to be forced to buy a new game console because of a faulty component.
