Weplay Verification Code Works but Login Still Fails
When I try to log into my Weplay account, I enter the verification code and press the “Confirm” button, but the system displays a message saying “your account is linked to another account,” and I am unable to access my account. I first encountered this issue on Tuesday, and when I tried again today, the same error still occurs.
I request that my account be unlinked from the other account it appears to be connected to, and that I be able to log in without any issues. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and that I be contacted with a resolution.
