Dreame Bot L10 Pro Robot Vacuum Faulty After Multiple Service Repairs

I own a Dreame Bot L10 Pro robot vacuum cleaner and, despite two separate service attempts, the product still does not work properly. I first sent the device to service on 17 October 2025 and then again on 28 November 2025. This problem has been ongoing for nearly three months, and each time the vacuum has been returned to me with either the same fault or a new malfunction. The device was sent both times to the Teknoser Operation Center in Turkey via DHL e-commerce cargo. After the first service, the vacuum came back with a new problem and stopped charging properly, even though this was not the original issue. Although I clearly reported that the fault had changed and the device was still not usable, the only solution offered was to send it again for repair, rather than considering a product replacement. I contacted customer service multiple times via WhatsApp and by phone. Each time, they only suggested basic troubleshooting steps such as resetting the device, which did not solve the problem. Despite my detailed explanations that the robot vacuum was returned from service with persistent or new mechanical issues, I was repeatedly told that it was “repaired,” and my requests for a replacement were ignored. At this point, I have lost confidence in the repair process, as two service attempts have failed to provide a working device and have instead introduced new faults. I kindly request that my defective Dreame Bot L10 Pro be replaced with a new, fully functioning product, as the repeated and ineffective repairs have not resolved the issue and have left me without a properly working vacuum for months.
