Sony's DualSense Joystick Still Broken After 40 Days

Since sending my faulty Sony DualSense joystick to the authorized service center 40 days ago, it's been a long and disappointing journey. My excitement at the prospect of having it repaired quickly and returning to my gaming sessions quickly turned to frustration as the days passed with no resolution in sight. Despite numerous follow-ups, all I get is the same vague response: "It'll be here this week," which never comes. As a loyal customer who invested in Sony's high-priced product, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of post-purchase service support. From such a reputable brand, I expected better service and communication. It's disappointing to feel ignored after spending my money on their product. I hope Sony takes note of this situation and prioritizes the satisfaction and loyalty of its customers.
