I can no longer access my Xbox account because my Microsoft membership has been locked. As a result, I have lost access to all my saved data and previous purchases. I have submitted recovery requests three times now, providing every requested detail, including the credit card number used for my purchases, but I have yet to receive any meaningful response from Microsoft.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially since Xbox requires a mandatory Microsoft account to function. Even though I linked my account to Gmail, I can’t regain access because the recovery process doesn’t work properly. The phone verification system fails to send codes, and despite knowing my password, I cannot sign in to my account.

It is unacceptable that a global company like Microsoft cannot keep a user’s account accessible or provide timely support. I urgently request that my Microsoft account be unlocked and my Xbox access fully restored, along with all my previous purchases and data. Please resolve this issue immediately and improve your account recovery process to prevent other users from facing the same distressing situation.
