Bought XD Plus via Google Play — PK XD Private World Not Working

Today, around 11:00 AM, I purchased XD Plus in PK XD using a Google Play code and paid $2 USD (equivalent to 85.99 TL). After the purchase, the badge and other XD Plus features became active, but I still cannot open the private world feature.

Even though I keep entering and exiting the game and selecting the private world, nothing happens on the screen — there’s no error message, it simply won’t open. It’s frustrating that the payment was processed and other features are working, but the private world feature won’t activate.

I am requesting that the PK XD team activate the XD Plus private world feature on my account as soon as possible and provide me with information about this issue.
