Unauthorized MyIQ Membership Fee Appears on Bank Card

On January 2, 2026, when I checked my debit card transactions, I noticed that MyIQ had charged $38 under the name of a “membership”, without my knowledge or explicit consent. Prior to this transaction, I did not receive any email, SMS, or notification of any kind.
Although I only used MyIQ for an IQ test, I later saw that this charge was labeled as a membership fee. However, I never gave explicit consent, approval, or any declaration accepting the start of a membership through MyIQ.
After realizing the issue, I tried to contact the company but received no response whatsoever. I do not accept this charge being withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or permission, nor do I accept it being labeled as a membership fee.
I demand that the $38 withdrawn from my debit card without my authorization be refunded to me immediately and in full, and that all memberships and subscriptions associated with my name and card be canceled without delay.
