Even though it was marked as delivered on April 5, the package with tracking number 1ZE095E66807955258 has not been sent. Since April 3, the package has been stuck at Adana Hub. Two people have complained and asked for help, but nothing has been done. On the third call, I was asked what was in the package, which made me think that maybe they had lost it. When I went to the Adana Hub, they told me they sent it to the Mersin branch, but the Mersin branch says they never got it. This courier service is the least professional and careless I've ever seen. I want a solution to this problem right away, and if they don't give it to me, I will sue them.
