Continental 185/65 R15 Tire Developed Crack Without Any Impact

I purchased my Continental 185/65 R15 Ultra Contact tires for my 2023 Renault Express on 01.07.2025 in Trabzon, and I use the vehicle only for city driving. Yesterday, I noticed a crack in one of the tires. There has been no unusual incident, such as hitting a pothole, curb, or any impact, so the formation of such a crack has seriously worried me in terms of both safety and product quality. After noticing the problem, I went to the place where I bought the tire and reported the issue. I was told that the tire must be sent for inspection, but that no replacement tire could be provided during the inspection period. I want a possible manufacturing defect in the product to be examined, but at the same time, I cannot leave my vehicle without a tire, as I need it for my daily life. I request that Continental provide me with an equivalent replacement tire while the cracked tire is being inspected, and that this situation, which poses a safety risk, be examined quickly and transparently.
