After the New Year update, I encountered a bug while playing PK XD. Normally, I should have two Legendary Loyal Friend pets on my account. However, I noticed that a total of five pets are now showing—two mounts and three regular pets. This situation is entirely the result of an in-game error and has been ongoing for approximately four weeks, if not longer.
In order to report this bug and to ensure that my account would not be penalized or banned in the future due to unfair gains or a similar reason, I first tried to access the in-game Help and Support section. However, the system claimed that my password was incorrect, and I was unable to log in. I then sent a detailed email explaining the issue to the game’s official support address, s*@afterverse.com**, but I have not received any response for weeks.
Since I did not receive a reply, I reset my PK XD account password, but even after doing so, I was still unable to access the Help and Support section. When I tried to report the issue again via email, I also sent a message to n*@afterverse.com**, but this time I received an automatic response from Google stating “email address not found.” Even though I learned that both addresses are official, I do not understand why I am receiving this error and am unable to reach the developer team properly.
I log into PK XD using my Google account, and my in-game username is t*. Since the three extra Legendary Loyal Friend pets are clearly the result of a system error, I am requesting clear and explicit confirmation as to whether this situation could lead to any penalties, restrictions, or account bans. If necessary, I am willing to have the extra pets removed, as long as I can officially confirm that my account is not at risk due to this bug. Additionally, I would like an explanation as to why I cannot access the in-game Help and Support section and why I am receiving “address not found” errors when emailing the official support addresses.
