My UPS package (Tracking Number: 1ZXY84806867144693) was delivered to the UPS branch on March 3, yet it has been missing since March 4. The last update in the system states that it was sent to Ankara Hub, but after that, there has been no further tracking activity.
I filed a complaint, and UPS responded by saying there was a delivery issue and that my package would be delivered today. However, there are no scheduled deliveries to the Sivas-Gürün region today, making me doubt the accuracy of their response.
Why does my package not appear in the system? Has something happened to it, and UPS is simply refusing to inform me? This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable.
