I Requested a Return but UPS Still Hasn’t Started the Process
On July 28, 2025, a package assigned to me was sent out for delivery by UPS Türkiye’s Yenimahalle Branch in Ankara. When the courier arrived, I explicitly told them I did not want to receive the package and requested it be returned immediately. However, despite my clear instruction, no return process has been initiated as of today.
I tried to contact the branch using the phone numbers listed on UPS’s site to follow up, but none of them connect. The calls either don’t go through at all or ring endlessly with no answer—even when I try alternate branch numbers. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially since I followed the correct procedure from the beginning.
My tracking number is 1ZA2320E6803359158. I need UPS to urgently initiate the return process and provide a clear, written update on the current status of my package. The delay and radio silence are completely unacceptable.
After the complaint was published, they took action and processed the refund. I wish they would handle the necessary procedures on time without making people go through trouble or leaving bad reviews. My refund was processed, thank you.
