PK XD Performance Problems Persist Despite Reinstalling the Game
I have been playing PK XD on my Samsung Galaxy A10 for about 10 days, and I am experiencing a serious lag and performance issue. While I can enter the game and start playing normally, the game suddenly begins to lag heavily, and the level of lag makes the game completely unplayable. I tried closing and reopening the game, as well as logging out of my account and logging back in, but none of these actions resolved the issue.
Because of this problem, I contacted the in-game support team. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the game. I followed these instructions exactly—I completely deleted the game, downloaded it again, and reinstalled it—but the problem continues in exactly the same way, with no improvement at all.
I truly enjoy playing PK XD, but due to this constant lag, I can no longer enjoy the game. Despite clearly sharing my device model and all the steps I have taken, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me in a frustrating situation. I request that the game be properly optimized for my device, that the lag issue be investigated and permanently fixed, and that I receive a clear response regarding this matter.

I have been experiencing constant lag while playing the PK XD game on my Samsung A21s for about 9 weeks now. The game generally freezes everywhere, and this seriously ruins my enjoyment. I haven't contacted the game officials or any support line so far. With this complaint, I want the device compatibility or any technical issue to be investigated and the lag problem in the game to be resolved.
I want to share a problem I experienced today in the PKXD game. Out of curiosity, I searched Google for "rich PKXD accounts", saw the Gmail addresses and passwords of some accounts that appeared, and logged into those accounts. When I entered each of these accounts, the game started to lag severely. Later, when I returned to my own account, the same lag and freeze issue persisted. I logged out and back in, turned the phone off and on, but nothing improved and within a few seconds the game broke again and became unplayable. I request that my account and device be checked, that this lag/freeze problem be resolved, and that the game be restored to a normal playable state.
