On Thursday, January 15, I purchased a pet called “Glitch Loyal Friend” in the PK XD game. During the purchase, 300 diamonds were deducted from my account, but the pet was never delivered to my account. As a result, I do not have the pet, and my diamonds were spent for nothing.
I also received no response from in-game support, the issue has not been resolved, and the pet still does not appear in my account. My in-game username is “Hira92464.”
I am requesting either that the Glitch Loyal Friend pet I purchased be added to my account, or that the 300 diamonds that were deducted be fully refunded to my account.
