I Can’t Track or Receive My UPS Package Worth ₺3700 for Over a Week

I’ve been waiting over a week for a package shipped via UPS with tracking number 1Z2564YF6805482724, yet I still haven’t received it or been given any clear update on its status. The package was supposed to be delivered to my address in İskenderun, Hatay, but UPS has failed to provide accurate tracking information or movement details.

I’ve made multiple attempts to contact UPS customer service, but I’ve never been able to speak with a live agent. There has been absolutely no communication, no delivery estimate, and no explanation for the delay. This is incredibly frustrating considering the package is worth ₺3700—a high-value order that deserves careful handling and clear tracking.

I am requesting immediate delivery of my shipment and a transparent update about where it currently is and when it will be delivered. UPS must resolve this issue without further delay. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable.
