UPS Marked My Package as Delivered on 05/09, But I Never Received It
On 05/09 at 22:50, UPS marked my shipment (tracking number: 1Z72330W6800709826) as delivered, yet I have not received the package. This delivery is extremely important to me, as it was sent by a consulate, and the contents are highly valuable.
My delivery address is Büyükhasbahçe Mahallesi, Alanya. I immediately tried contacting the UPS Alanya branch and customer service, but no one answered the phone. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive and urgent deliveries.
I want UPS to:
Locate and deliver my package immediately,
Provide a clear explanation of how it was marked as delivered without reaching me,
Take responsibility for the unprofessional behavior of the Alanya branch staff, who failed to provide any support.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to take legal action to recover my shipment. UPS, as a global brand, should never allow such negligence at the local branch level. I expect my package to be delivered urgently and my complaint taken seriously.
