I’ve Waited 2 Weeks for My UPS Package from Bulgaria Consulate — No Tracking, No Delivery
My package was sent by the Bulgarian Consulate in Bursa to Denizli using UPS, and it’s been over two weeks with absolutely no update or delivery. I haven’t received anything, and worse—UPS claims the package has already been delivered. How is that even possible when I never received it?
To make things more frustrating, they didn’t even send me a tracking number. I’ve tried contacting UPS customer service multiple times but can’t get through. No one picks up, and the Denizli UPS branch also ignores all calls. There is zero accountability and no way to reach a real person.
UPS has been a total letdown. I expected professional handling, not complete silence and confusion. I demand that UPS immediately investigate my shipment, send me the correct tracking info, and ensure my package is delivered. I will never use this service again.
