PK XD Paid Pets Missing From Account After January Update
I am using PK XD with the account named “Esinimtatlim,” account number 14747. Up until January 12, I was able to log into my account without any issues and could see all of the pets I had purchased. However, although I can still log into my account now, I have noticed that a significant portion of the pets I purchased multiple times with real money are missing.
I made five separate real-money purchases in the game, and approximately half of the pets I bought with those payments are no longer visible in my account. I do not know whether my account was accessed by someone else or if this is an in-game system error, but losing pets that I spent both time and money on has left me extremely frustrated and distressed.
I am requesting that PK XD authorities conduct a detailed review of my account (username: “Esinimtatlim,” account number 14747) and that all pets and other items I purchased with real money be fully restored to my account. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the security of my account be ensured.
