Lack of Response and Unprofessional Behavior: Uber's Neglect of My Complaint

The driver answered my call through the app and then sent me a message to say that he would take me to my destination if I paid an extra fee. I refused to go along with this plan. After that, the driver replied to me in a rude way and kept the call going for a long time without ending it. As proof, I took screenshots of these chats and sent them to Uber along with a report. But it's been a week, still haven't heard anything back. I thought Uber would move right away when they heard my report, but their silence and lack of interest have been disappointing. It is not appropriate for the company to ignore the concerns of its customers, even if those concerns are true. I've been a loyal Uber user and relied on their service for my transportation needs, but this experience has made me angry and made me wonder how much they care about their customers.
