Uber Charged Me Twice for One Ride - I Cant Reach Any Real Support

I've been charged twice for the same Uber ride, and it's been impossible to get in touch with someone to fix this problem. I chose to pay with my card via the app, but the driver informed me there was a system issue and suggested I pay contactless instead. To prevent any complications, I also opted for contactless payment. Eventually, I discovered that I had been billed twice, once through the app and again with contactless payment. I attempted to reach out to Uber regarding this issue, but all I receive are automated replies—there's no option to talk to a real person. I’ve been attempting to resolve this issue, but I’m not receiving any assistance. This situation is really disappointing, especially with the lack of proper support available. I would appreciate it if this mistake could be corrected promptly.
