These days, it appears there is a widespread issue with SWIFT transfers made via Revolut or to banks in Turkey. I have experienced the same problem myself. On November 24, 2025, I sent money from my Revolut account to my Ziraat Bank account, and as of today, December 9, 2025, the funds still have not been credited to my account.
At least two other people around me are experiencing the same issue. All of us sent transfers to Ziraat Bank, and all of the transfers were above $310 and processed as TRY-denominated transactions. Despite this, none of our funds have reached our accounts.
Later, we followed these steps in the mobile banking app: Main Menu > Foreign Trade and International Transfers > Transfer Tracking > Incoming Transfer Tracking. When we did this, we were able to clearly see all the transfer details sent by the originating bank in the mobile app. In other words, the transaction has actually entered the system.
Despite this, bank representatives claim that they cannot see the transaction, even though we can clearly view all transaction details through the mobile banking application. I request that Ziraat Bank credit my transfer to my account as soon as possible, conduct a system-wide investigation for other customers experiencing the same issue, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding this ongoing inconvenience and financial hardship.
