BlablaCar Let a Driver Overcharge Me - Ignored All My Complaints

When I wanted to travel with BlablaCar Türkiye, the driver charged me three times more than the original price, and when I asked him to lower it slightly due to my situation, he doubled the amount he had initially stated. This made me feel completely helpless and taken advantage of. Even though I reported the driver, sent an email to BlablaCar, and shared everything on social media with screenshots, I received no response. I wonder how BlablaCar plans to prevent users from being taken advantage of like this. I’ve deleted the app, and I hope they eventually take action and start considering the complaints of people who experience this kind of mistreatment.
