Revolut Charged My Card Without Authorization for 1,250

I noticed that Revolut made an unauthorized charge of 1,250 from my OBB Bank card in Bulgaria, which has an expiration date of 11/27, on the 24th of last month. I did not give any approval, authorization, or instruction for this transaction to either Revolut or my bank.

So far, I have not contacted either my bank or Revolut, because I first want a clear explanation of this transaction and an immediate refund of the amount that was withdrawn without my consent. I request that this unauthorized charge be thoroughly investigated, that the necessary checks be carried out, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding what happened.

I demand that Revolut refund the full amount of 1,250 to my account as soon as possible and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar unauthorized transaction from happening again.
