My €1,000 Revolut Transfer to Ziraat Bank Is Still Missing After 7 Days

December 9, 2025 4:05 PM160

On 12/02/2025, an international transfer of €1,000 was sent via Revolut to my euro account at Ziraat Bank. As of today, even though 7 days have passed, the money has still not been credited to my account, and my bank cannot see the incoming payment. I have all the transaction details, including the reference number, IBAN, and transfer amount, yet the situation has not changed.

When I contact Revolut support, I receive the same response every time: “please wait one more day.” No clear or satisfactory explanation is provided about why this problem is occurring. I have also tried submitting complaints through official channels, but I have not been able to find a solution, and it is very difficult to establish proper communication from Turkey.

If Revolut does not have the necessary infrastructure or process management in place for transfers to Turkey, I would expect them not to accept these transactions in the first place. I request that Revolut urgently investigate this transfer, provide a clear explanation of what happened to my €1,000, and take immediate action to resolve my financial hardship.
