If an Uber driver made you wait on the road, you can easily report the incident using the Uber app.
Navigate to the "Trips" section, select the trip in issue, then touch "Help." Select the appropriate option, such as "Problem with my driver" or "Trip Issue," and explain what happened. Provide as many details as possible, such as the length of time you were left waiting and the location.
For a speedier response, contact Uber Support through their Help Center (https://help.uber.com/) or on X(@Uber_Support).
Use these platforms to describe the situation and request the necessary action, such as a fare adjustment or other settlement.
If you have a safety concern during the wait, select the app's "Emergency" or "Critical Safety Response" option for quick assistance.
Uber takes such complaints seriously and will investigate the matter, usually replying within a few days.
