June 17, 2023, at 23:15, I hopped on a flight from Sabiha Gökcen Airport to Ercan Airport in Nicosia. So, I dropped off my two suitcases at Sabiha Gökcen and then headed to catch my flight. So, I got to Ercan Airport and grabbed my stuff, only to find out that both my suitcases had a busted wheel. I quickly filled out a damage report and shot off an email about what went down. basically, they were like, "Yeah, dude, it's totally on you for the damage to your suitcases." Man, this is so disappointing and frustrating. as someone who's been a loyal customer of Turkish Airlines (THY), I was really hoping for better treatment and support in getting this issue sorted out. But THY hasn't really done anything to address my concerns or make up for the hassle they caused. Now I'm just wondering what's gonna happen when I go back to Turkey and gotta get my suitcases again. I've kinda lost faith in THY's ability to handle stuff like this and make sure our stuff is safe, ya know? I was hoping for better service and accountability from you guys, since you're supposed to be a reputable airline.
