Turkish Airlines Baggage Damage Issue

I traveled from Istanbul to Antalya with Turkish Airlines on 11.09.2023, departing at 10:40 due to a delay. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, I noticed the staff handling the baggage carelessly, as if they didn't care if it broke. When I went to collect my luggage, I found that the wheel was broken. I immediately reported the issue to Turkish Airlines, stating that the wheel of my suitcase was broken. I had just bought this suitcase on the 10th, and with only 2 days left of my vacation, no one has provided me with any information regarding my complaint. Many other passengers also had damaged luggage. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. We trust Turkish Airlines and choose them for round trips, but what we encountered is disgraceful. I will take this issue to Consumer Rights. They should either give me a new suitcase or refund my money. How am I supposed to return with a suitcase with a broken wheel?
