Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase

On September 20, 2023, at 00:40, I flew from Sabiha to Adana. When I received my suitcase, one of the wheels was missing. The suitcase was not broken or damaged when I handed it over at Sabiha, and no report was given to indicate otherwise. It couldn't have been, as I handed over my suitcase in perfect condition. At Adana airport, I requested a report and a document for a new suitcase. The response I received was beyond belief. They claimed my suitcase was already damaged, which is an insult to my intelligence. If that was the case, why wasn't I informed earlier? Enough is enough, do your job honestly and properly. There's no need to inconvenience everyone; people are tired and fed up. I am complaining about Turkish Airlines' baggage handling. Thanks to them, I returned home with a broken suitcase. Hire qualified, competent people who do their job properly. This needs to end, find easy solutions.
