Turkish Airlines and Gotogate Fail to Fix my Flight Tickets!

I bought two tickets from Gotogate on May 19. I filled in all of my information correctly, but because I wasn't paying attention, I bought two tickets for the second passenger with the same name. Since it's been four days and I've called Turkish Airlines and Gotogate dozens of times, no one has taken responsibility or offered to fix the mistake. It was so not worth the money I paid. I've filled out the Turkish Airline's feedback form five times, explaining how simple the mistake was and giving my ID, but they just say sorry and ignored me. I can't put up with this. There are still two months until my flight on July 24, and I don't understand why a well-known company like Turkish Airlines can't fix such a simple mistake. Where are the rights of customers? Where is making customers happy? I've only gotten emails saying sorry, but it's my hard-earned money that's at stake. Consumers shouldn't be taken advantage of or ignored just because a company changed its name. I am very upset by both the incompetence of Turkish Airlines and the lack of care shown by Gotogate. I want an end to this trouble.
