I have been playing on the Tipobet website for years. Today, I deposited approximately $212 USD into my account and later submitted a withdrawal request for approximately $645 USD at 6:21 PM.

Although the system status shows that the “payment has been completed,” as of 8:49 PM the money still has not arrived in my bank account. I contacted live support multiple times regarding this issue, but I was given no meaningful information other than being told that the matter had been “forwarded to the finance department.” After waiting for hours without any real update, I genuinely feel like I am being stalled and ignored.

As someone who has been using this platform for a long time, experiencing such a serious delay for a withdrawal of approximately $645 USD has completely damaged my trust in Tipobet and caused me significant financial inconvenience.

I request that my withdrawal amount of approximately $645 USD be paid to me urgently and in full. I also expect a clear explanation regarding why the system displays “payment completed” even though the funds have not actually reached my account.

In addition, I want the inconvenience and stress I experienced during this process to be taken seriously and properly investigated so that similar situations do not happen again to other users.

I also want to clearly state that, based on the experience I have had, Tipobet has become a major disappointment for me and currently does not appear trustworthy as a platform that cannot even process a withdrawal of approximately $645 USD properly.
