My JBL Live 770NC Developed Crackling Noise After Only 2 Months

On February 15, 2026, I purchased JBL Live 770NC headphones through Amazon. Although the product is only about two months old, for the past three days I have started hearing a clear crackling and static noise coming from the right earcup. This issue is seriously affecting both the sound quality and overall comfort of using the headphones.
At this point, I have not yet sent the product to service, nor have I contacted JBL or Amazon customer support regarding the issue. However, I am extremely disappointed that such a noticeable hardware problem has appeared in what is still considered a very new product.
I did not expect a premium headset like the JBL Live 770NC to develop sound problems after such a short period of normal use. Since the product is still fully under warranty, I request that my defective headphones be replaced with a brand-new unit in order to resolve my inconvenience properly.
I kindly ask that the necessary inspection and warranty evaluation be carried out and that I be informed about the process and resolution as soon as possible.
