I bought a ticket for 2 people from the Turkish Airlines mobile application, and after 2 minutes I realized that I entered the same surname for both passengers by mistake, I immediately called THY and they told me to write a feedback e-mail at least 4 times and we made 7 phone calls even though I sent the ID picture It's been a week and they still haven't been able to fix it. Such nonsense and I have not seen it. If you wanted to go to the population office and change your name, surname, religion, etc., you would do it during this time, but it took valuable time from my life to correct a wrongly entered surname in THY, which has a ridiculous service. God save me from this company again.
