I Cannot Access My Safebit Wallet or Assets for One Year

I have been using Safebit on my Android phone, and for approximately one year I have been unable to access my account or the assets stored inside it.
Whenever I try to log in, the application tells me that my password or account information is invalid. However, when I attempt to create a new account using the same email address, the system refuses because the email is already registered. Because of this contradiction, I am completely locked out of my existing wallet and unable to access my assets in any way.
During this long period, I have repeatedly tried to find a solution and recover my account, but I have not been able to contact Safebit through any official support channel. There is no working phone number, email address, or updated communication information available that would allow me to report my issue or verify my identity with the company.
This situation has left me unable to access or control my own digital assets for about a year, which is extremely stressful and unacceptable for a financial platform or wallet service.
My expectation from Safebit is to restore access to my original account so that I can safely transfer my assets to another trusted platform and regain control of my funds. If restoring access is technically impossible, then I request compensation for the financial losses and inconvenience caused by being unable to access my assets for such an extended period of time.
