I bought a ticket from Turkish Airlines one month ago and have repeatedly requested a refund, yet they've completely ignored all my inquiries. Every time I contact their call center, I get nothing but vague excuses—claiming they're waiting for feedback or additional information, which I've already provided multiple times. It's absolutely unacceptable for a major airline like Turkish Airlines to treat customers with such blatant disregard.
No clear information, no instructions on who to talk to or what to do next—just complete silence and zero assistance. I'm tired of wasting my time on endless phone calls and pointless requests. Turkish Airlines, stop ignoring my problem! Process my ticket refund immediately, or at least provide a clear, actionable response. Your lack of customer service is shameful.
