Turkish Airlines Ticket Change Issue

Good evening. I had purchased tickets for two people from Turkish Airlines. I wanted to change the ticket for one of these two people. I contacted the call center because we had bought the tickets together but later separated them. Therefore, I couldn't make the change through the app. I called the call center. I spoke with a representative and clearly stated that I wanted to change the ticket for my friend, not my own. I provided the friend's ID number and details. I detailed the flight times and confirmed before ending the call, making sure there was no mistake. They assured me it was fine. I paid $70 to Turkish Airlines. After the payment was processed, I received an email. When I checked the email, I saw that my ticket had been changed instead of my friend's. I thought it was a mistake and called the call center again. However, the representatives told me that such a change could not be made again and that another $70 would be needed for the change. I explained that I had already paid $70 and that the representative had made a mistake. I asked them to check the call recordings. They said it wasn't possible and that I needed to create a feedback report. I created the feedback report and have been waiting for two days. No response has been given, despite me stressing the urgency. The call center representatives noted the urgency but said no urgent note was added. Today, I called again and found out that my phone number wasn't even recorded. They asked for my phone number again. I asked how we would proceed, especially if no seats were available. I have already arranged my hotel and have patients and surgeries scheduled upon my return. My ticket was mistakenly changed to a flight to Berlin. The representatives said no urgent note was added and my phone number wasn't recorded. Fortunately, Mr. U**** from the call center tried to help by holding a seat, but it can only be held until 10 AM tomorrow. I will likely not receive a response regarding my feedback until February 6th, and there will probably be no seats left, causing me to be inconvenienced and forcing me to buy another ticket at a high cost. I am very disappointed with Turkish Airlines. I have not received any urgent response or resolution to my issue. The call center representatives tried to help but said there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable. The mistake made by the employee should be corrected as soon as possible to resolve my inconvenience. If I cannot find a return flight ticket, how will Turkish Airlines resolve this issue? I deeply regret choosing Turkish Airlines. My expectation for a solution is that the wrongly changed ticket should be corrected quickly without causing me any inconvenience. It's that simple. The ticket under my name should remain as it is, and the ticket under my friend's name should be changed. It's that simple.
