Last year, I purchased a Tefal blender set to chop vegetables, etc... I recently wanted to use it for the third time, but the vegetable chopper part did not work due to a place not fitting properly, and when I pressed the button, a strange sound came. As a result, I was unable to complete the task and took it to the warranty. They claimed that because a part inside was broken, it would not fit and was not covered by the warranty. I've only used this product three times and there's nothing visible, how could I have done this myself, I've never dropped it or used it hard, and even if this is the case, do you think it's normal that the product I paid 2000 TL for what can be broken (!) so easily? I will never, ever buy Tefal again. But, of course, this issue is resolved yet; know that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee; money is not easy to come by, and I will not give it to such people.
