Tefal Kitchen Blender Breakdown

I'm extremely frustrated with Tefal's service regarding my kitchen blender. I sent it in for repair back in March, expecting a part replacement. However, I had to wait until June to receive a response, only to be told that the required part is unavailable and I should purchase a new one with a discounted price. Why was I kept waiting for so long? Now, the price has gone up, and even with the discount, it's beyond what I can afford. If they had informed me in March, I could have taken appropriate action. As a customer, I feel completely let down. Tefal is a well-established company, and I always believed in their support. The promised replacement part, priced at 450 TL, would have made my blender brand new. But now, even with the discount, it's unaffordable. I kindly request a resolution to my ordeal.
