Tefal Food Processor Warranty Refusal

On March 17, 2023, I bought a Tefal food processor from Vatan Bilgisayar. It came on the 20th, but when I turned it on for the first time, it made strange noises and stopped working when I tried to shred a carrot. We took it to Vatan Bilgisayar right away, where we were told to call Tefal Service. After a week, the service told us that the deflector and gears needed to be replaced. This would cost us 530. In short, I got a broken product, and I have to pay to get it fixed. The service told us that the problem was caused by us putting too much pressure on the machine by shredding a carrot. Neither Tefal nor Vatan Bilgisayar said they were to blame for what happened. We were left hanging, and we felt like we couldn't do anything. It is clear that no one wants to be held responsible for the product after it has been sold. But the law gives us rights, and we will use them so we don't end up in this kind of situation. I want to talk about what I've learned so that other people can avoid making the same mistake I did.
