My 3x Ingenio Tefal Pan Is Deformed
I bought the Tefal 3x Ingenio pot set from Hepsiburada about a year ago, and now the biggest pan in the set is all bent out of shape. It's really hard to understand how a pan, which is only used for cooking and never dropped, could get warped. When I talked to customer service, they said that the warranty only covers problems with the coatings on the inside of the product. This pot that I paid extra for is showing signs of being low quality. I've never had any of my pans or pots from other brands warp before. This is a really unfortunate situation that doesn't match Tefal's reputation. I want to get a new product because the one I have is not working.
