My New Tefal Hand Blender Not Working Properly

On March 29, 2023, I bought a Tefal hand blender and a warranty insurance plan from Trendyol. When I opened the box, I saw that the plastic part that makes the blade spin wasn't lined up right with the blender's body. When I tried to puree some vegetables in the blender, it didn't work right. I took the blender to an Angora Tefal service center in Ankara and told them the problem was caused by a manufacturing flaw. They said it was my fault and made me pay for a new part. I called Tefal's customer service number (4444050) and talked to B****hanim. He told me that the warranty only covers electrical and motor problems, not problems with the way the product was made. Even though I tried to explain that the problem was a manufacturing flaw, she insisted that a one-week-old product's replacement part would not be covered by the warranty and would have to be paid for. As a customer, I'm disappointed with this answer. I think Tefal should honor its warranty and take responsibility for any problems with its products that happen during production. I hope that they will change their minds and find a solution that makes me happy.
