I bought a pair of pants from Suvari at Izmir Novada AVM for New Year's, and despite wearing them only once, they showed significant pilling. It might have been like this when I bought it, but I noticed it after getting home post-New Year's. Due to my job, I could only take the product to the store for inspection in May. When I went to learn the result on May 26th, I was informed that it was not a user error. I wanted to get the same pants in a different color, but the company deemed a refund appropriate, which must be used in this store. When I bought the product, it was around ₺470, but now they are selling the same product for around ₺1200. They said they would charge me the difference if I wanted to get it. Can't I exchange a faulty product I bought from the company? I want the same product or a different color.
