Columbia T-Shirt Print Faded Quickly, Store Refuses to Help

I bought a Columbia t-shirt from the Ayvalık branch, but the print started peeling off after a short time. I went to the Çanakkale AVM 17 store to have it inspected and sent to the factory for evaluation, but the staff told me I had to return it to the Ayvalık store instead.

This makes no sense—I live in Çanakkale and can’t just travel back to Ayvalık for a defective item. Columbia claims you can return faulty products at any store, yet they refuse to help when an issue arises.

If Columbia won’t stand behind their products, why should I buy from them again? I expect a proper resolution, or I won’t hesitate to share my bad experience everywhere!
