Problems with GAP Pants Exchange

I bought a pair of pants for 1200 ₺ from the GAP store in May and really liked them. After the first wear, the pants became incredibly loose and looked as if they had gone up a size. After washing and ironing them, I returned the product to the store. However, the request was denied after inspection. Despite wanting to return the pants I had purchased with pleasure, they told me they measured the same pair in the store and found no stretching. While the pants may look similar after washing and ironing, it's about the condition after wearing. In the Hilltown store in Izmir, our problems are always resolved smoothly, but in GAP stores in Ankara, we face serious difficulties. It is unpleasant to both explain expensive items we have purchased and be treated as if we are lying.
