DeFacto Men's Pants Pilling After Just 10 Days

I purchased a pair of men's pants (model code T6317AZNV86) from the DeFacto store at Forum Kayseri on April 8, 2024, with invoice number ızv2024000005091. After wearing them for less than 10 days, I noticed significant pilling and fraying around the pockets, knees, and inner thighs—areas that experience a lot of contact.
When I reached out to the store for guidance on how to proceed, they asked whether I had washed the pants and at what temperature. I informed them that I had washed them once at 45 degrees. Instead of assisting me, they implied that the product's condition was my fault for not following care instructions.
I paid ₺700 for these pants and only got to wear them for a short time. If they can’t withstand normal use for even 10 days without showing wear, then it’s a clear product defect. I shouldn't be treated as if I'm lying about my usage. I expect a straightforward resolution and not to be sent on a wild goose chase.
I have a recording of the conversation with the store, and I expect the authorities to listen and investigate this matter. I urge DeFacto not to tarnish their brand reputation over a defective product.
