Aldo Shoes Sold Me Damaged and Mismatched Boots

On March 24th, I purchased two pairs of boots from the Aldo store at Izmir Optimum. One pair was taken directly from the store, while the other was supposed to be delivered from the warehouse as an unused product. However, when it arrived, it was extremely stretched out. We exchanged that pair. I was left with one pair, which had some minor damage, but I had to accept it after they touched it up with paint in the store, as the alternative was worse. Later, when I tried on the other pair at home, I noticed that the leather surfaces on the two boots were different—one looked more worn and had more cracks, while the other appeared unused. When I went to the store to exchange the boots, they told me, "We already exchanged one pair here," but I wasn't informed of this, and the return/exchange period had expired. They insisted I tried on both boots in the store, but I'm certain the ones I tried were a matching pair. I don't understand why they made the switch without informing me during the purchase.
