Pull and Bear Sold Me Sweatpants That Shrank and Refused to Give a Refund
I bought a pair of sweatpants for ₺1,090.00 from the Pull & Bear store in Ankara Ankamall AVM. I wore them only once or twice, and after the first wash, the product shrank by 5–6 cm. I took the item back to the store and asked for a refund, but they refused. They said it would be sent to the factory for inspection and that I’d be contacted afterward, but I never received any response. When I went back to the store, the staff first claimed the item had been sent to the factory, then took it out of a drawer and admitted they had lied, saying they conducted the inspection themselves and would not issue a refund. I’m filing a complaint about both the product and the store staff. I demand a full refund, and if my request is not accepted, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
