Starbucks Order – Missing & Spilled Coffees, No Resolution

On Thursday, February 6, I placed an order for six coffees from Starbucks through the Yemeksepeti app. While four coffees arrived intact, two were spilled with their lids open. The delivery courier took back the damaged coffees, assuring me that Starbucks would send replacements. However, eight days have passed, and despite multiple complaints to both Yemeksepeti and Starbucks customer service, I have received no resolution.
Starbucks support told me they forwarded my complaint to regional management, yet I have not received a single update. I paid for two coffees that I never received, and no one is taking responsibility. This is unacceptable! I demand a refund or the missing items to be delivered immediately.
